I have recently discovered Yoga Vidya through the Youtube channel. I have been practising the classes for slow movement through the various Yoga positions in related to the Back as well as developing my Lotus position.

My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:

To inspire others through my teachings of the things I know. As a photographer and music producer I see no better pleasure in educating others about these crafts as I have nothing but sheer passion for it. If i can think of any quotes I will be sure to put them here ;)

I have recently been working on developing my life internally. Creating a healthy mind through mediation and daily focussed activities is helping me overcome anxiety related issues which have been present and unrecognised for years. I have previously done the whole gym thing but I feel that static exercise/ environment does not do it for me.
