I am an expert in the following areas:

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Contemporary YOGA Teachers; Marianne Gabriel, Charlie Stevens www.contemporaryyoga.com I was strongly influenced by the heart of Marianne's teaching and by the practical approach of Charlies teaching............For me this combined to represent 'Feeling, Practicing and Enjoying. Presently my own practice is strongly based in Sivananda as its authenticity, simplicity and practicality appeals to me.
More about me:
I am happily married with 3 lovely children and live and work in West Cork. My wife first introduced me to yoga and it resonated with me instantly. I have tried teaching yoga locally but found that teaching distracted me from my practice but I have learned since that I need to practice more, to establish my practice and if/when ready the teaching might begin ... if its for me. For now I enjoy practicing on my own, thought this is also influenced by limited funds and the day to day demands of family life. Other interests include vegetable gardening and my animals.
