    So sorry for not replying sooner – I’ve had a few issues that have made it difficult to reply until now. Thank you for your kind wishes - I would be delighted to be your friend. It’s not always easy to find people who have an understanding of Swami Sivananda’s teachings, so Yoga Vidya is great in this way. How did you come to teach yoga? I have never been to Germany, but we had a German man stay at our Ashram years ago, so I picked up a few German words from him. Unfortunately my German is not good enough to read your website, but the pictures are lovely and the yoga room looks very inviting.
