I have been practising Yogabhyas for last 7 years. We take classes of the residents in Sarita Vihar,Delhi in the colony parks free of charges. We are running 7 classes in Sarita Vihar. I am the organising Secretary Of Sarita District of Yog Vigyan Sansthan. In all , at present we are conducting 13 classes in Sarita Vihar District/Zone
