I have been practicing yoga in my house for more than two years only by listening to the video on youtube. I have stopped eating meat for more than one year. I am a cook which finished hospitality school. I really like to be nice to everything that surrounds me.

I like to practice yoga and i would like to be a better person. I think doing yoga i can obtain total balance with the universe(everything that surrounds me)
