Spiritual Science Research Foundation (SSRF) is a volunteer non-profit organization. Over the past 20 years it has under-taken extensive and exhaustive research in the spiritual realm. It has recently begun to publish its spiritual research on its website www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org. The purpose is to research the roots of the classic yoga taught by the ancient Rishis (seers) of India and present this eternal tradition free from superstition and deviations to the modern world in a way which accords with scientific methods and reason. In doing so, SSRF intends to demystify the spiritual realm and provide research that will help humanity to effectively alleviate difficulties in life. The mission is to help humanity engage with the realities of religious diversity through research, outreach, and the active dissemination of Spiritual resources
More about me:
I am a ‘modern mystic’. There’s nothing mystical or mysterious about that. It simply means that I live true to myself, I follow my heart and soul, I surrender and allow the divine to work through me, so that I may be of service to others. I am, at the same time, grounded in earthly reality, enjoying all that is natural and man made, from the beauty of nature to the latest inventions of technology. I am a free spirit, not bound by tradition, social customs, scripture, judgment or discrimination of any sort. I am a simple, care free, happy, loving and peaceful person with Gratitude for all the Great Spiritual Masters - Manifest and Unmanifest I believe that every experience we have has been created by us at some level, to help us evolve and grow into empowered, fearless and abundant beings. Human suffering arises from the body, mind, ego, intellect machine only because we have never been taught how to manage this complex machine. In the past spiritual teachers taught people how to renounce the material world and seek peace in the mountains or caves. The real challenge is to be “in the world but not of the world”, to stand in the eye of the storm surrounded by the chaos of city life, relationships, work, desires, emotions and therein find peace, love and enlightenment. My ideals are in Advaita Vedanta and Sanatan Dharma, meaning “Eternal or Universal Righteousness” and hope to foster solidarity between the Eastern and the western nondual and other spiritual traditions. I believe the effective coming together of the various spiritual sects can help in the collective spiritual growth of mankind. The strength of the various family of faiths we call Dvaita, Advaita, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Non Duality, etc is based on its spiritual power, which abides in its many individual sects and orders, each with its enlightened guru lineages, masters, dynamic temples, pagodas, churches, mosques etc with noble traditions and profound scriptural doctrines. This sectarian diversity is the real power of Spirituality and must be preserved. Spirituality is stronger when it is united, and therefore better able to handle the challenges that face it and humanity today. Followers should remain dedicated to their tradition, masters and proud of their sectarianism. Weakening sectarianism will weaken spiritualism as a whole. The stronger direction is solidarity in diversity. In fact, Sanatana Dharma´s ability to accept and encourage diversity is strength, not a weakness. It is a model of tolerance and understanding for the world, which is in desperate search of ways to accept the differences of those who follow other traditions, beliefs or faiths. Through Gurusfeet I hope to bring about networking, mutual cooperation and understanding amoung like minded individuals
