Inspired by the Integral Yoga of Swami Sivananda and for some of his disciples: Swami Vishnu-devananda, Swami Satyananda, Swami Radha.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
Because it's a way to be connected with like-minded people and because I visited the ashram and I loved the atmosphere.
