Just staring with yoga. i have no tradition.I read the book of Yogananda and was very intrigued.

I would like to get into the practice of yoga to start my day off with flowing energy as I work with children and like to have a relaxed atmosphere in my classroom. I feel that yoga can help me balance my energies.
