Hatha yoga education by Samsara in the Netherlands, Pure teacher Training in Rotterdam for Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga and Hormons and pregnancy yoga.

I started my yoga journey in 2000, when I was expecting my first child. Since then yoga is a part of my life. In 2013 I started my first teacher training for children and teens. Until now, I stil follow courses en workshop to deepen knowledge and my own practice

In August I will start the training for yogatherapy at Yoga Vidya, I want to meet people, be inspired and learn more in this community
