My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I am not sure I know enough to have a tradition/style/center.
More about me:
I am improving myself small bits at a time. I want to practice yoga in order to improve my physical and mental health. Even though I am still very new at this I can already feel the positive, healing affects of the practice.
