I am retired artist, quilter. I am married 47 years and have 5 grown children and 10 grandchildren. They have become wonderdul loving people. I am in remission from cancer for 1 1/2 yrs. and still on maintainance chemo. I try to br grateful daily for my life

i want to learn yoga for my body health as i am in remission fro m cancer. i also want to learn for my mind and spirit. I have been reading of the benefits in several articles and I am very interested
