Sonja Appel (certified by the British School of Yoga, in Hatha and Meditation and is a certified Vibrant Living Teacher (Hatha Flow) and also registered with Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 200) started Sushumna Yoga in Delhi nine years ago and now it’s the 6th season in Goa. Sonja has been practicing yoga for fifteen years, has twelve intensive years of experience studying and teaching Yoga, twenty-five years’ experience of teaching Pilates in London, India and Nepal and is leading retreats and trainings all year around. Sushumna Yoga School and Studio’s is offering Yoga Retreats, Immersions & Yoga Teacher Trainings (RYT 200) in India and other countries.
