I am an expert in the following areas:
I am a true beginner and know very little about yoga except that the little bit I have tried helps me be less soar from other exercises.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I have just started doing the 20 minute yoga session for beginners after I get home from school. I have never had any instruction rather than the videos I watch on the Internet. The area I live in has little yoga to offer
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to learn more about the calming effects of yoga.
