My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Hatha and Kriya Yoga. I have studied under many amazing teachers. I teach many styles of Hatha Yoga, from Complete Beginners/ Chair Yoga/ Intermediate, Vinysa style with chants. I am a practicing kriyaban, my guru is Swami Sadhanada Giri, from West Bengal

I have three wonderful children and a gorgeous dog. I run a holistic treatmetn room in my hometown Ratoath, Co Meath in Ireland. I teach up to 12 various classes a week
