Studied Yog from various schools of Yog in India. Morarji Desai Institute of Yoga- Delhi, Sivananda Ashram – Rishikesh, Bihar School of Yoga – Munger. He did Personal Trainee course from The Gold Gym, to understand the modern techniques of health & fitness. Studied Naturopathy from Gorakhpur school of Naturopathy, to understand more body blockages & its purification techniques. Completed Neuro Linguistic Programing from American School of Hypnotherapy, which helps to recognize old beliefs & fears, and their remedy. He personally teaches only ancient yog techniques to make mind & body in perfect Harmony. He more focuses on ancient breathing techniques & vibration of body & mind. He is specialised in deep relaxation (yog nidra), color meditation, uses meditation only for healing purpose.
