I have just started learning about yoga. I have done a couple videos online and have been reading books. Someday soon maybe I can start taking classes

I am a young stay at home mom with two kids. I enjoy reading, origami, music and playing with my babies

I want to get into shape so my children can benefit from my habits and have me as a healthy example in their life
