I dont have any tradition, style, or center.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I have been wanting to start doing yoga for the past few years knowing that it will help in so many areas of my overall health and well being. I wont put it off any longer. This community seems like the best place for me, being a beginner. I have done a couple relaxation videos and feel so much better after. I want to continue that feeling.
