sorry for late reply.......by now u must be knowing d basics of yoga..right??
well for diabetes v advise more intake of turmeric powder, n along wid that there is madhumardhan powder of AVP pharmacy which u can give 1tsp in luke warm water in empty stomach this will help to maintain the sugar levels if diabetes is in initial stage, but if its more than 1 yr u should take dis alng wid alopathic medicines...
