i am as beginner as you can get in terms of technique and structure.

i think it's well known that being in touch with your body and soul inside that body is the first step to reconnecting with mother earth. that is my goal.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
when you are not ignorant to the terrors of the world today it is hard to find inspiration. but there is a power inside of me i have not yet fully grasped. that is what inspires me. and i feel that yoga and meditation will help strengthen and free the power that is awakening inside me.
