I have been practicing all over the globe from Mexico to Turkey to China and London. I enjoy all forms of yoga expect hatha and Bikram.

Yoga has made me in touch with all of my body more than I ever thought possible, but especially my feet. The idea of rooting down through my feet has changed all of my fitness habits and I can't stand to wear shoes now because I love the feeling of the earth under my flesh on my feet.
