I am a retired senior officer of State bank of india. I do not callmyself an expert in anything.

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

I learnt from a teacher of Yoga bharati, bangalore for ten days.

I am one of the founder trustees of Shri Mahati Trust, which runs an old age home and veda patasala. in Chennai. Myself and my husband, sister and her husband shuttle between Chennai and Bangalore and take care of these institutions. We are SriVidya practitioners.

I desire to find solution for my ailments so that I ccan function more efficiently in the chosen fields. I have the following issues. 50% calicium block in LAD. low lung capacity cough since 15 years vericose veins which doctor says requires laser surgery. If yoga could help me, i shall be ever grateful.
