I have practiced yoga for the past thirty years as mindfulness in the body and use it as a daily practice, combined with dance and tai-chi.
More about me:
My spiritual awakening in 1995 which I have written about in "Healing From the Heart" . The power of the woman inside me finding natures resources and being guided by spirit to heal and transform others lives through my awareness. I teach meditation, dance, voice and use my gifts to share with those drawn to learn from me. I have been called a "Spiritual Midwife' by a colleague.
