i have a master in buddhist philosophy and i used to translate from tibetan during buddhist teachings. i used to live in a buddhist monastery and i was a buddhist nun. nowdays i teach meditation and asanas.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
i graduated at yoga work new york in a yienger center. but i used to lived in india where i studied with a follower of desicachar. my teachers are Geshe Jampa Gyatso and Bhole
