I got initiation in Reiki ist iind, Mantra Diksha by G.K.Vaidik,P.Namboothiri(Gayatri) Sree Sree Ravishankar's art of living (Soham) and Kriya Yoga by Swami Brahmananda giriji and Hata Yoga exercises by Arbindo society, Panaji,Goa.
