I am an expert in the following areas:
I do not say myself is an expert in any aspect of yoga, but I think I am able to connect to yoga or meditation thing easily...
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I have tried some different style, but the vidya one combining with the meditation is something fits me. I even love the one which is having Chinese Chi together....I learned my yoga in India and Taiwan.
