Thank you Eduard...I have not been active with the site due to work, home and many things going on in my life..
I am back and need yoga to help me focus and help me not be clutter with thoughts of what should of could of and did not do... I am ready again to start fresh and feel it is never to late. Well here goes.... the year is ending and it had its rewards and down falls.. the rewards were great and the down falls made me stronger... wiser and able to cope with adversity..... 2014 will be my year....
