Almudena, yoga instructor and travel lover. An eternal student of the philosophy of yoga formed in India, where I had spend most of my time, with a great concern to explore different cultures at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. For me it is very important to offer in my classes, workshops and retreats everything received from my teachers and to be able to combine it with traveling, new cultures, good food and the best "gurus" is all that I love to offer the world. I will share the nidra yoga classes in all my retreats, Spanish translation if necessary and coordination, helping you from the first moment you decide to join this adventure.
