More about me:
I realised my spiritual journey had began January 2013. I have lived and worked in Thailand and China where Buddhism and spirituality has been part of my life for 6 years. I practice meditation daily . I am enjoying Yoga very much. I had a back accident and I fractured my 4th lumber vertebrae which caused stiffness, sciatica problems and joint problems. Since I began QI Kong in March 2013 and now Yoga my back problems are becoming less and less problematic and the benefits are numerous.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
Nature, children and meditation inspire me. Namaste. A man once told Buddha I want happiness. Buddha replied" First remove "I", that is ego.then remove "want" that is desire. And what are we left with? HAPPINESS".
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to share with like minded souls. I am new to yoga practice and would like to learn from experienced practitioners.
