I am open to all practice. As i am a beginner i would be very grateful for any book recommendations or advice you can give in any aspect or style of yoga.
More about me:
I am 31 years and a mother of two. I have recently had a wonderful spiritual awakening and have since come to understand yoga on a much deeper level, making room for daily practise and meditation.
