My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I study Sivananda Yoga from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers (Swami Vishnudevananda). I go to the Montréal Canada Center.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
"Truth is One, but paths are many". What I love about Hinduism at large is that it's an inclusive religion based on personal experiences and not mere belief and dogma.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I believe it to be a Sivananda community that is more diverse and inclusive. Reaching out to different Sivananda communities makes one's practice richer.
