I am an expert in the following areas:
It is a long way to call someone expert in spiritual matters. Therefore I can only say that I have a long experience in Meditation (23 years), besides Yoga, I have been practising Zen over the years under a Japanese Roshi.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Definitely Shivananda tradition. Even before I came to Yoga Vidya, I had been practising this style from the very beginning. The strong impulse to continue it came, when I visited the Shivananda Ashram in Rishikesh in 1987 for some weeks.
More about me:
I am very much influenced by the Japanese culture, as I lived in Japan nearly 8 years and have been working for Japanese companies since my return to Germany in 1997. So I always switch back and forth between both cultures.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
My slogan is: Nichi nichi kore ko nichi. An old Japanese Buddhist saying, meaning: Every day is a good day.
