I am a beginner and still exploring various traditions. Years ago, I followed the Lilias, Yoga and You television series and several years ago I participated in a local introduction class to hatha yoga.

I enjoy reading widely in religion and philosophy. I value living a balanced, well-rounded life. I aspire to live in harmony with others and to learn from them.
