I was living and working for many years in India, practising the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo. Now I am working as Yoga teacher, naturopath, and Avatar trainer in Germany, Brazil and India. I believe in the progressive evolution of our consciousness. My approach and my goals form an integral development, including the transformation of our physical body, the realization of our soul in matter.
