I am an expert in the following areas:
(Expert is a big word, but....) Zen Mindfulness applied to psychotherapy. Actually, I utilize a great deal of Zen principles in working with clients. They just don't always know it. Some people are afraid of it.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Before becoming disabled, I practiced yoga techniques myself, as part of my workout routine.
