My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
For 20 years I have been exposed to yoga through DVD's, the occasional gym class, retreats, and through friends. The practice has never resonated with me. The Lama at my center who speaks through a translator was explaining what yoga can do for the body and mind. When I returned home I began to research online and found your incredible site. You are my Center.

I have lived my life in Serendipity. I have traveled, have family all over the world, I lived with the Navajo Native Americans, lived with family in Tahiti... I am always discovering, and it is now time to use the information I have gathered and focus on living a more guided Spiritual Life.
