I'm just doing the basics at the moment from your youtube channel and a few other channels but mainly yours. I'm about to step it up a notch sometimes this week.
More about me:
I'm have been into healthy living for awhile, but I have never included yoga into my healthy lifestyle even though I have been curious about yoga for a while. Since I have started doing yoga, I have been sleeping better. I just want to experience everything about yoga.

There's no way a man or woman could effectively love someone else if he or she does not first love him or herself. I have so many other quotes, but everything starts with LOVE.
