I ...
... am a Yoga Teacher
I am an expert in the following areas:
Yoga to deal with stress better. Since I myself had very severe back pain and tinnitus before yoga, I know how beneficial yoga is. Provided that yoga does not become a competition. It is not important how good or bad you are at yoga exercises compared to others. In a strongly performance-oriented society, it is especially important that we learn to "let go" again. Because we have learned a lot in school - just not how to relax and "be in the now".

More about me:
My creative work outside of yoga:
1,) Chess composition. Since 2017 I have the title "FIDE Master" (internationally recognised) in chess composition. My speciality is chess studies:

2,) Photography. Since September 2023, I have been honoured and awarded the status of "Master" on Gurushots. Gurushots is an international platform for photographers from all over the world. The special feature of Gurushots compared to other photo platforms on the internet are the numerous tournaments. This not only gives you points, but also awards. In this way, you receive excellent feedback on the photos you publish. On Gurushots I have received 32 GURU´S PICK and 83 times "All Star Level".

On Google maps I´ve 5.264.344 views and 723 photos published and have reached "Local Guide Level 7"(stand 2025) .
The magazine Salzburger Nachrichten published 44 of my photos:

Pinterest. I love Pinterest because you can publish your own photos thematically and in an unsurpassably clear way. Another special feature of Pinterest is the possibility of greatly enlarging pictures. This way, you can often see interesting details in the pictures that you wouldn't see if you were looking at them normally.

3) Detailed biography of my life until 2024:
On peoplepill.com there is a detailed biography about my life as an orphan. I have read through it and can say that the information are absolut correct. However, the biography ends in 2024. From my earliest childhood, my life was characterised by extreme hardship, being an outcast and helplessness. I experienced all the violence (psychological, physical...) that human beings can experience. The source on peoplepill.com is one of the most important source and describes my extremely difficult childhood.

The reason why I am so open on the internet and publish a lot:
To find relatives as an orphan in Internet.
My hope of finding my relatives or distant relatives (father, grandfather, grandmother and so on) through intensive use and publication on the Internet has unfortunately not yet been fulfilled (stand 2025).
Private: I have been living with my partner Lucia Nadia Cipriani since May 1987.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
Yoga away from peoples, Yoga to find only yourself, Yoga to let go..

About me, an overview:
Peter Siegfried Krug, born in Salzburg in 1966, is an Austrian FIDE Master in chess composition who turned to yoga due to stress and sleep disorders. From 2003 to 2020, he worked as a yoga teacher in Freilassing.
Key details about Peter Krug and his yoga:
Path to yoga: After a difficult childhood and problems in adulthood, he turned to yoga to regain balance and overcome his sleep disorders.
Yoga teacher training: He completed yoga teacher training in Germany.
Teaching: From 2003 to 2020, he taught asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) at a sports park in Freilassing.
Pandemic and termination: His work as a yoga teacher ended because he refused to be vaccinated against the coronavirus or to undergo regular testing.
Health issues: Since 2023, he has suffered from a neurological condition that prevents him from practicing yoga and has not yet been medically diagnosed.
Yoga practice: Despite his previous teaching career, he considers himself a continual yoga practitioner and student of life.
Involvement in the yoga scene: Peter Krug is an active member of the Yoga Vidya community and has shared photos and videos of his yoga practice there.
About me
Background and interests:
Yoga: Krug identifies himself as a yoga practitioner who focuses mainly on asanas and pranayama. He was led to yoga due to stress and sleep disorders, trained as a yoga teacher in Germany, and thus found his inner balance again.
Chess: He is internationally recognized as a FIDE master in chess composition. He learned to play chess at a young age in Salzburg-Liefering as a means of communication and later composed chess problems and studies.
Photography: His landscape photos, including those of the Salzburg region, have been published in the photo blogs of the Salzburger Nachrichten newspaper.
Public comments and statements:
Attitude toward war: In March 2022, he spoke out against the sanctions imposed on Russia by NATO countries and the US, saying that in his opinion they do nothing to contribute to peace.
Compulsory vaccination: In November 2021, he equated compulsory vaccination with rape, emphasizing the importance of voluntary vaccination. He argued that forcing someone to be vaccinated against their will would cause great emotional distress.
Biographical details:
He was born on November 23, 1966, in Salzburg.
After finishing school, he worked as a cinema projectionist and night porter in Salzburg hotels, among other jobs.
His youth was marked by difficult circumstances, including periods of hunger. Chess offered him a refuge at that time.
A person's true legacy is not what they possess, but what they leave behind in others.
Career as a yoga teacher in Freilassing:
From 2003 to 2020, I was a yoga teacher (Asanas, Pranayama) at Sportpark Freilassing three times a week. Because I refused to be vaccinated or to take constant coronavirus tests, the relationship was terminated.
Update 12.10.25 My Undiagnosed Illness The history of my symptoms dates back to the fall of 2023, or even earlier. Initially, I had a tingling sensation in the balls of my feet, sometimes accompanied by numbness. I didn't think anything of it. These sensations disappeared when I rested. Since the beginning of 2025, everything has worsened. The tingling continued at night, robbing me of sleep. With every strenuous movement, the symptoms became more severe. Now I can no longer go to the mountains, do any sports, and have to spend the entire day lying down. Even everyday tasks are a huge challenge for me because of this condition. The longer I stand on my feet or sit for a longer period, the worse the symptoms (tingling paraesthesia) become. I have already seen several neurologists. My family doctor is at a loss. Therefore, taking photographs in nature or Yoga- asana is impossible.
Lately, I have been thinking a lot about near-death experiences. The topic is complex and also has a strong spiritual side. It is reported that people who have had a near-death experience were more empathetic and sensitive afterwards. They often start doing volunteer work and often have the ability to communicate with animals and nature.
Unknown illness
For a month now, I have been going from doctor to doctor. Any strenuous movement exacerbates my symptoms:
At first, I only had localised tingling in the ball of my left foot, then in both feet, then a year later in my entire foot. Then at night, I also felt the tingling in my calves. Now I feel the tingling all the way up to my lumbar spine.
I can't explain it. The cause of the tingling paraesthesia is unknown. It is so distressing that it has been robbing me of sleep for a month. I can't do yoga, I can't go for walks or go to the mountains anymore. I can't walk without risking a severe increase in the tingling sensation afterwards.
The opposition of Jesus and the Catholic Church
Jesus risked his life at that time for his attitude, and he was in opposition and tension with the established power. The Catholic Church, on the other hand, who consider themselves the representatives of Jesus, is not in tension and struggle with the established powers. This can be seen from the fact that presidents and kings came to the funeral service of Pope Joseph Ratzinger. The church did not reject power. Jesus did, however! He rejected the worldly power! I left the church because dogmas have nothing to do with life and nothing to do with spiritual growth. The church is something external. For most believers it is a support and comfort. Otherwise they would find themselves in despair. Personally, I prefer it - to remain in despair and ignorance, and not to take refuge in a dogmatic doctrine imposed from the outside. I would like to remain a seeker.
A life without ideals is like a ship adrift in the sea.
