I "cut my teeth" on Hatha more than 30 yrs ago....the very style you teach, and which I cannot find anywhere here *unless I'm teaching it). Finding your site was like coming home.
More about me:
I live in the Southern Plains of the United States, where I grow most of the food we eat all year. I love to teach not only yoga, but herbalism, nutrition, and living what I call "a traditional life."
