I started hath yoga from ambika yog kutir Nikam Guruji,It has given me lot of confidence.Then I took help from Mr.Kashyap Desai as I am suffering from Uric acid problem.I am doing regular asana every day as my routine life is very hectic.

I am very simple with high thinking, interested in reading good books of management and yogic books.I luv hindi old songs and educating my freinds for yoga.
