I am an expert in the following areas:
Paschimotanasana,yogamudra,halasana,pranayama[inhale n exhale],dhanurasana and other forms of stretching and relaxation technicques.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Sarvangaasana, matsya asaana or the fish pose. bhujang asana.and Dhanurasana like the bow n arrow are my all time favourites.

I am an early riser..practicing yoga since the early 80's and love doing it regularly.Yoga keeps me fit and positive minded and agile throughout the day.I would recommend this to every citizen, that yoga a day keeps diseases away!
