I have practiced various styles for many years...am currently enrolled in a Yoga Teachers Training Course.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I like Hot Yoga, Sivananda as well as Vinyasa.
More about me:
I practice Vipassana Meditation daily as well as Yoga and Pranayama. I love the yogic diet and philosophy. I aspire to become a yoga therapist.
