My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I'm a complete beginner and I have yet to find any of these other than the yoga instructor at my fitness club.

Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I have adopted a healthier lifestyle and have decided that yoga makes me feel good and I want to pursue it deeper. I started watching youtube videos and the yoga vidya ones were the best as far as drawing me in, going slow so I didn't feel overwhelmed or left behind as a complete beginner. I was able to relax and enjoy and it also taught me things that caused me to delve deeper and learn more. After checking out the website I decided to join and learn as much as possible.
