Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
As I have become older I have developed several medical problems. I have tried other forms of exercise but they just agrivated the conditions. I tried the beginners yoga video on this site and I found it helped my health greatly. So from now on I would like to stay with yoga.
