My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I studied with Gopi at Yoga Vidya e.V. Frankfurt in the years 1997-2000. Later on, I lived in Mainz at a Yoga Vidya e.V. Ashram for 2 years. Now I live in Brazil where I keep on giving yoga classes and worked 4 years to the Health Dep. of the City Maua as a yoga therapist. Swami Shivananda is my master. Gopi, my inspiration.
