I am an expert in the following areas:

Mantra chanting Hatha Yoga Classes Veg Cooking

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

I studied with Gopi at Yoga Vidya e.V. Frankfurt in the years 1997-2000. Later on, I lived in Mainz at a Yoga Vidya e.V. Ashram for 2 years. Now I live in Brazil where I keep on giving yoga classes and worked 4 years to the Health Dep. of the City Maua as a yoga therapist. Swami Shivananda is my master. Gopi, my inspiration.

So... if you can achieve it by means of excercicing, it is ok. If you do the same by chanting, it is also ok.
If you do cults, ok also.
