I am a brahamin by birth and at my 70 years passed .balance period is devoted for regular practice of meditation.

I am an engineer by proffesion and retired 12 years back.Since then I was looking for a Guru to teach me the way to realisation.Reading books of Swamy Vivekanada and Autobiografy of aYogi inspired me to start with Pranayama and some Yogasanas.During a pilgrimage to Hrishikesh Haridwar and Kedarnath I had several experences of the benefits of Pranayama practice done earlier.
