i m expert in decoding the mantra's( mantroddhara ) & awokening in kundalini . any male person can awoke her kundalini power with in 8 days . that is my own experiance awokening of kundalini is not a subject of yoga

i descovered PATANJALI YOGA wat is the reqal patanjali yoga ( ashtang yoga ) that i know verry well
