Hold a pre-doctoral (M.Phil) in Yoga and Psychology. Been an ardent practitioner and teacher for the past 33yrs. Have travelled through India,the US/ Canada/ Singapore sharing my passion for yoga and meeting some wonderful teachers and practitioners.
