More about me:
I was introduced to yoga at a very early age. I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. As a certified instructor, I have taught yoga throughout Europe, Asia, North and South America. I am currently teaching yoga in New York City, where I reside, conducting classes for all levels and ages in English, German and Spanish. I lead animated and challenging classes - combining proper breathing exercises (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), relaxation (savasana), and meditation techniques. An athlete by nature, I am a certified scuba diver and have competed in three New York City Marathons and am also a member of the New York Yoga Teachers Association.
