I ...: ... am a Yoga Beginner, ... am a Yoga Practicioner

I am an expert in the following areas:: I have read much into yoga mantras and books by Swami Sivananda and P. Yogananda. However, I don't consider myself an expert by any means.

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s: Sivananda Yoga and teachings of Neem Karoli Baba and Nisargadatta Maharaj. I also follow some Qigong and other forms of meditation, prayer and healing practices.
